The owner has 35 seats onsite. The owner was advised to submit an application to update the seat count to 35 and pay the applicable fees. The owner has also added a bar and a back storage room. The owner was advised to submit a remodel application for these changes. The owner states that all foods are served well-done; however, a reminder statement is printed on the menu. The owner was advised to remove the statement if it does not apply. The owner has replaced the salsa bar with a larger bar. The owner was advised to submit an application for approval of the new bar. The owner has installed an ice machine in the back area. The owner was advised to submit a remodel application for review and approval of the machine. The ice machine in the back area lacks a waste pipe connected to the waste drain. The owner should consider relocating the machine, as it partially blocks the preparation table.
