17: Person in charge could not verify that the ventilation in room 137 is working properly. Ventilation vents also have dust and debris accumulation in following rooms: 101, 137, 214, 223, 266 and 277. [.08(5)] Toilet, lavatory and bathing facilities shall be mechanically ventilated. Where ventilation ducts are used, ducts from toilet rooms shall not be connected into return ventilation ducts to any other room. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the current ventilation must prevent odor, mold, mildew, and moisture. All new or major renovation of a tourist accommodation will require mechanical ventilation to be installed to the outside of the building separate from heating and air-condition systems. Corrective Actions: Could not correct on-site. Please correct by 12/18/25.

Accumulation of dust on AC units in following rooms: 214, 223, 266 and 277. Could not correct onsite. Please correct by 12/18/2025. [.14(5)] All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin.
