Salsas reheated to 165F to begin cooling again because of the cooling rate. A remodel application must be submitted to out office before 4/4/2025. Our office accepts applications Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm, no Wednesdays. **EDIT 3/28/2025: Facility turned in remodel application and is waiting to schedule remodel inspection.
