rice, pork, chicken, and turkey were hot holding between 87°F and 126°F for one hour in units that were not turned on or had the temperature set too low for the container depths. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 135°F (57°C) or above. (P) Corrective Actions: The foods were reheated to temperatures between 170°F and 204°F.
