The person in charge must be able to demonstrate their food safety knowledge in one of the following ways: complying with this Chapter by having no violations of Priority Items during the current inspection; be a certified food safety manager by passing a test that is part of an accredited program; or be able to provide correct answers to food safety questions as they relate to the food service operation at hand. 2-2A: .03(2)(o)PIC cannot demonstrate in a verifiable manner that employees are aware of health policy. Food employees and conditional employees shall be informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food. 2-2D: .06(2)(o)Observed cleaning cloths and gloves being stored on hand sink. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use and not used for purposes other than handwashing. An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. (Pf) Corrective Actions: All items were removed from hand sink. Sink was cleaned and sanitized.

8-2B: .07(6)(l)Observed restricted pesticides being stored within kitchen. Restricted use pesticides specified in Rule .07(6)(e)3 shall meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 152 Subpart I. (P) Corrective Actions: Pesticides were removed from facility.

15B: .05(3)(h),(i)PIC could not produce test strips for sanitizer. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L (or ppm) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. (Pf)
