12A: .04(4)(q)Observed container of onions and strawberries being stored on the floor. Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food:
- in a clean dry location; (C)
- where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; (C) and
- at least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor. (C) Corrective Actions: Items were removed from floor.

14B: .05(10)(e) 1,2,4Observed multiple pans stacked while wet to dry. Clean equipment and utensils shall be stored in a self-draining position that allows air drying and covered or inverted. (C) Corrective Actions: Pans were spaced to air dry.

15A: .05(6)(q)1&3Observed multiple pans with chips and cracks in them in pan storage area. Utensils shall be maintained in a state of repair or condition that complies with the requirements specified under subsections .05(1) and .05(2) or shall be discarded. (C) Ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. Corrective Actions: Pans were discarded.
