NOTE: All cold and hot held temperatures were in compliance unless otherwise noted. NOTE: Must have an allergen disclosure to inform customers of all allergens on site in facility. 12C: .04(4)(m)Observed 4 wet cloths stored on prep counters. Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be stored in sanitizer of the appropriate concentration in-between uses and laundered daily. (C) Corrective Actions: PIC (person in charge) placed cloths in sanitizer.
