2-2B: .03(5)(k)1&2Observer employee drink (unapproved source) open on prep table with the intent to drink, Employees shall consume food and drink only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas (unless drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee's hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles). (C) Corrective Actions: Person in charge removed the bottle and spoke with employee about an approved cup with a lid and straw. Unapproved bottle was discarded.

2-2D: .06(2)(o)Observed front handwashing sink blocked with a food tray located on top of the hand washing sink. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Person in charge removed the tray from blocking the handwashing sink.

4-2B: .05(6)(n)Observed sanitizer bucket filled with chlorine that exceeded 100ppm. A chemical sanitizer used in a sanitizing solution for a manual or mechanical operations must meet a specified minimum concentration (for chlorine sanitizer it must be 50-100 ppm; for quat ammonia, it must be used according to the manufacturer's specifications). (P) Corrective Actions: Person in charge remade the solution and diluted the sanitizer with enough water so that the specified concentration was between 50-100ppm.
