6-1A: .04(6)(f)Observed several items that were cold holding above 41. (Flan, milk, cooked chicken, cooked rice, black beans and butter) Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. (P) Corrective Actions: Butter and milk were moved to cooler to cool to 41. All other foods were discarded.
