Have both the dishwasher and QUAT dispenser at the 3-comp sink repaired and/or replaced to be functioning properly and dispensing at the required concentration level outlined in the Georgia Food Code. QUAT sanitizer at 3-comp sink shall be diluted and concentration checked with QUAT test strips. If using dishwasher before concentration is corrected, all dishes must be put in the QUAT saniziter in the 3-comp sink.
