Establishment does not have established procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food establishment.

Outer openings not protected with self-closing doors or proper screen.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
Observed build-up of food debris, dust or dirt on nonfood-contact surface; cabinets, dishwashing machine, and basins of facility warmer cabinets contain food debris, and grease accumulation; the facility shall maintain a cleaning schedule frequency that meets the minimum requirements of the Georgia Food Code. It is strongly recommended to PIC to designated a clean up day for whole facility.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed broken floor tiles accumulation water and dirt in main kitchen. Observed missing window in main check in area. Observed water heater leaking.
