No records available for time as public health control; No approval of time as public health control procedures before implementation; Iceberg lettuce, mayonnaise, and sliced cheeses, tomatoes were observed on a facility countertop table without any temperature control mechanism in place; consulted with PIC on complying with the time as a public health control procedures as outlined in the Georgia Food Code; The facility shall submit an SOP regarding time as a public health control for all items under time control to the Health Authority within 30 days- 9/26/2024 from this date; all items in question were voluntarily discarded by PIC.
