Establishment does not have materials needed for a vomitus/fecal matter on hand. Consulted with PIC on assembling a vomit kit.

Observed various foods found through facility uncovered and subject to contamination. Consulted with PIC to ensure all foods are stored in a way to provide protection.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition

Food found stored past disposal date marked in walk in, Consulted with PIC, discarded items in question.
11A - proper cooling methods used: adequate equipment for temperature control
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(e) - cooling methods (pf, c)
Cooling methods being used/observed were not adequate in rapidly cooling Time/Temperature Control for Safety Foods. Rice in pan under working table with an end cook time of 8 am on 10/30/24. Consulted with PIC in proper cooling methods that follow the guidelines in the Georgia Food Code.

Observed soiled dry wiping cloth in use. Consulted with PIC on dry cloth limitation. Pic discarded rags in questions.

The permit is not posted in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to the consumers. Consulted with PIC on posting locations.

Observed between use utensils in bar area kept in room temperature water, Observed bulk soy sauce container with a smaller container inside meant for scooping with no handle.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(j) - sink for washing raw fruit and vegetables (p)
Observed F/V sink used for other purposes, observed 3 comp sink used as handwashing station. Consulted with PIC on limitations of sinks and labels should be put in each sink.
