COS: The PIC immediately had the food employee remove their watch, while prepping food.

Note: PIC voluntarily instructed both food employees to remove smart watches from their wrist.

Observed a food employee actively prepping food, while not having a beard restraint on.

Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch.
