Observed wiping cloths stored in sanitizer buckets without being fully submerged between uses. Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be: Held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(6)(n). Corrective Actions: PIC made new QAC sanitizing solution and stored the wiping cloths so that they were fully submerged.

Observed QAC sanitizing solution to be dispensed with a water temperature of 134°F. QAC sanitizing solution shall have a water temperature between 65°F-75°F according to manufacturer specifications. Corrective Actions: PIC stated company that installed sanitizer dispenser will be contacted to provide water at proper operating temperature.

Observed drainpipes underneath "rinse" and "sanitize" compartments at 3-compartment sink to be leaking. A plumbing system and hoses conveying water shall be constructed and repaired with approved materials according to law. Corrective Actions: Contractor was present during inspection and stated the leak will be repaired.

Observed door to women's restroom without self-closing device installed. Except where a toilet room is located outside a food service establishment and does not open directly into the food service establishment, such as a toilet room that is provided by the management of a shopping mall, a toilet room located on the premises shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door. Corrective Actions: PIC stated self-closing device will be purchased and installed to ensure restroom remains enclosed.

Observed missing drain plug at dumpster. Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place. Corrective Actions: PIC stated waste removal company will be contacted to install drain plug.
