3 - hot/cold running water under pressure in all required locations of tourist accommodation
Regulation: 511-6-2-.07(2) - hot water supply
Observed water reach peak temperatures above 120°F in rooms #201, #211, #303, #311, #406, and #504. Cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all equipment that uses water. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all lavatories, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, and water-using equipment where eating and drinking utensils are washed. In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F. Note: PIC to contact maintenance to adjust hot water temperature so that it does not exceed 120°F
27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation
Regulation: 511-6-2-.14(5) - condition of furnishings
Observed heavy dust accumulation on a/c filters in rooms #201, #211, #303, #406, and #520. Observed a/c filter and a/c vent cover to be in disrepair in room #406. All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Note: PIC to notify housekeeping to clean all a/c filters. Maintenance will need to repair or replace a/c filter and vent cover as needed

Most current inspection report not posted in public view. The most recent tourist accommodation inspection report form shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in a public area such as the registration desk, where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. Note: PIC stated today's inspection report will be posted in public view

Tourist Accommodation permit not posted in public view. Any person operating a tourist accommodation shall obtain and display a valid DPH tourist accommodation permit issued by the Health Authority. (b) To qualify for a permit, an applicant shall:
- Be an owner of the tourist accommodation;
- Allow access to the tourist accommodation;
- Provide all information as required on the application and pay all applicable local and state fees referenced in DPH Rule 511-6-2-.22 at the time the application is submitted and;
- Score 100% on the permitting inspection for newly constructed facilities. Note: PIC to obtain tourist accommodation permit and post in public view
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair
Regulation: 511-6-2-.08(4) - toilet facilities-cleaning and maintenance
Observed accumulation of orange/pink substance on shower head nozzles in rooms #211, #303, #311, #504, and #520. Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair. While being used by tourists, every surface of a bathtub, shower, shower enclosure, toilet and lavatory, which may come in contact with a person’s body, must be sanitized each day, unless the guest has declined regular tourist room services. If a tourist declines regular tourist room services, the tourist accommodation facility must ensure that these surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at least once per week and between tourists.
