Observed several holes, where the pipes go into the ceiling, to not be sealed which can allow pests to enter the food service establishment. Exterior Walls and Roofs, Protective Barrier. Perimeter walls and roofs of a food service establishment shall effectively protect the establishment from the weather and the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. PIC made a note and will get all holes sealed in 10 days time.
