Observed both Women's Restroom Hand Sinks to be unable to reach a peak temperature of at least 85°F. Please see Comments section for specific temperatures.

Note: PIC put in a service ticket during the inspection to repair the hand sinks.

Observed the hot water, at the mop, to have a final temperature of 85F and there to be no access to cold water. The water source and system shall be of sufficient capacity to meet the peak water demands of the food service establishment. PIC to put in work order to ensure that the mop sink can provide hot and cold water.

Observed hand sink in men's restroom to have a peak temperature at 88F.

Observed hand sink in women's restroom to have a peak temperature at 96F. Observed one hand sink in women's restroom to not turn on, when attempting to wash hands.

A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 100ºF (38ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet.

A self-closing, slow-closing, or metering faucet shall provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet.

Note: PIC will call appropriate personnel to come in facility and repair both hand sinks, so that they are in compliance with the regulations.
