Observed two working containers, spray bottles, with chemical solutions stored in them and not labeled with their common name. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. PIC had food employee label spray bottles with their common name.

Observed facility without test strips to measure concentration of sanitizing solution. Rule: Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Pf

1. Cleaning agents that are used to clean equipment and utensils as specified under section (7) of this Rule, shall be provided and available for use during all hours of operation. Pf
