No sneeze guards on salsa bar. Gave documents for proper sneeze guard sizing. COS: Closed salsa bar to public just allowing servers to get it out as needed for tables.
16C - sewage and waste water properly disposed
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(4)(h),(i) - approved sewage disposal; system; other liquid wastes and rainwater (p) (c)
(h) Approved Sewage Disposal System. Sewage shall be disposed through an approved facility that is:

An individual sewage disposal system that is sized, constructed, maintained, and operated according to law. P
(i) Other Liquid Wastes and Rainwater. Condensate drainage and other nonsewage liquids and rainwater shall be drained from point of discharge to disposal according to law. Note: Observed evidence of recent failure at drain lines. COS- manager switched to upper system and is fixing leak in facility. Also in process of replacing filter with larger one that meets new demand and adding more property so we can get a new system installed. Requested pumping reports. Will check back and potentially close facility if system cannot be kept from surfacing. Getting new water records. Owner will likely need to pump regularly until new system can be installed.

Freezer iced over and not working properly. Manager has someone coming to fix it.

New walk in cooler and freezer floors, walls and ceilings not seal properly. still have crevices at connection points. Fix to meet all requirements.

wall near water heater and in ware washing area has food debris on it. Clean floors, walls, and ceilings often enough to prevent accumulations.
