Regulation: 511-6-1.5 (2)(jj) - food service equipment, acceptability.
Observed non Ansi residential refrigerator used to keep whipped cream and coconut milks which states refrigerate after opening. Provide timetable when able to replace with a commercial grade unit.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i),(j) - temperature measuring device, manual warewashing; sanitizing solutions, testing device (pf)
Missing chlorine test paper to match bleach observed at dish sink. Provide test strips for sanitizer used at dish sink.
