Observed dishwashing without sanitizer set up. None onsite at facility. COS: obtained bleach and set up 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer for use.
16C - sewage and waste water properly disposed

Observed pipe emptying to rear of ice cream shop with water flowing and area water soaked. Sewage shall be conveyed to the point of disposal through an approved sanitary sewage system or other system.
