Observed to go window and two doors to kitchen open. CA: provide 16 mesh to 1 inch (16 mesh to 25.4 mm) screens;

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(h) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
Observed rusty walk in cooler and flaking countertop. Replace damaged surfaces. Code requires: Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance.

Observed walls and floors of walk in cooler and kitchen in need of resurface, replacing and or repair. Floors and walls should be properly designed and built, so as to be easy to clean, and maintain.
