The technician stated that the walk in freezer is forming ice under unit cooler. Walk in box is in overall very poor condition with retrofit doors on both cooler and freezer. According to the technician's report the walk in freezer needs to be replaced (see attached).

The system must be maintained in good repair. Please continue to relocate all food items so that it will not contaminate the food in the freezer.

Also, observed the reach in cooler (drive thru) with a build up of ice on the motor.
