Observed an employee drink improperly stored. An opened water bottle was stored on the cutting board/meat cutting machine in the back of the house. PIC corrected on site by discarding the employee drink. PIC has a designated area for employee drinks.

Observed black slime build up in the interior of the ice machine on the side of the deflector. PIC will have the area cleaned by 12/10/2025.

Observed the can opener holder contains severe rust build up. PIC will have the holder removed by 12/11/25 to prevent potential contamination. Also observed the door handle missing on the glass reach in cooler. PIC advised that that door handle is on her repair list. Accumulation of old food debris observed in the bottom of the reach in cooler and preparation cooler.
