According to the PIC there was plastic, build up, and brown debris on frying basket as a result the PIC corrected it onsite by having the dishwasher to rewash the dishes. The dishwasher advised that the first shift was not doing a good job washing the dishes and as a result he rewashed all the dishes that were hanging on the shelf (COS).
