Upon entry a foul odor was noted throughout the facility. Spoke with PIC, and he stated that the facility next door had been having issues with their grease trap. After talking to the manager at the Mexican facility next door and walking through, the PIC stated that they had not been having issues. I did not smell a foul odor in the facility either.

Facility will need to email a copy of the grease manifest to sabrina.young@dph.ga.gov to verify when the grease trap was last serviced by Friday, 4/25/25 COB. Further actions will be taken once the grease manifest has been reviewed.
