6-1A. Observed TCS foods being cold held at temperature above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The owner discarded all food product during the inspection.
2-2B - proper eating, tasting, drinking, or tobacco use
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(b) - preventing contamination when tasting (p)
2-2B. Food employee was observed consuming a plate of food in the prep area.The owner corrected and food employee discarded all food product.
11D - thermometers provided and accurate
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(x) - tmd, located in refrigerators/ hot holding (pf, c)

12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored
