Observed several stacks of baking pans on the prep table wet nesting. The pans will need to be properly air dried before stacking.

Observed (4) pans of crispitos stored in the pass thru warmer without a cover to prevent contamination of the food products. Employee stated that food items are usually covered (COS).

Observed the handle on the toilet leaking when the toilet is flushed. Advised PIC to make a work order for the toilet handle to prevent wastewater from draining on the floor.
