The water was very excessive and being caught in a metal pan. All coolers that are leaking must be repaired and checked for a clogged condensation line. If the line is not clogged then the coolers must be repaired. Please send a copy of the service report to sabrina.young@dph.ga.gov by 9/23/25.

The PIC had submitted a maintenance request, but the team had not arrived yet however while there a team member arrived to work on the unit. He worked and hot the ambient down to 38F. (COS). A follow will take place on 3/28/24 to verify that the temperatures are still 41F and below. The tech stated that he will check the fans on the roof, but he thinks that it may be a small leak somewhere. Please continue to check temperatures.
