Room 124: Observed left bedside lamp not working and white staining/ discoloration on mattress cushions. -Room 204: Observed debris, food debris, and a hair tie on carpet. A/C filter in disrepair and pullout frame stained. -Room 206: Observed pullout couch in disrepair and chipped drawer in bedroom. -Room 214: Observed debris/crumbs on drawer handles and debris on the back of the couch. -Room 306: Observed stained couch cushions and dried liquid stain on wooden panel behind TV. -Room 404: Observed dust A/C vent filters, debris under bed on carpet and couch in disrepair. -Room 406: Observed chair and sofa with staining, debris on pullout frame, area around A/C filter in living and bedroom in disrepair

Also observed stained pillow cover. -Room 204: Observed pillow covers stained, and hair and staining on pullout mattress cover. -Room 206: Observed hair on pullout mattress pad and debris on pullout mattress. Also observed stained mattress sheets for pullout mattress, sheets, and pillow. -Room 214: Observed a large piece of chicken and rice on mattress spring between mattress and bedside table. Also observed, debris and staining on pullout mattress pad, stain on pillow cover for pullout bedding, debris on sheets and mattress pad, hair on mattress pad, and black staining pillow case. -Room 306: Observed long hair on sheets, blue stain on pillow cover, no zipper tab on mattress cover, and hair on mattress cover. -Room 404: Observed hair on mattress pad and slight staining on pullout mattress pad along with debris. -Room 406: Observed debris on pullout mattress and hair on pullout mattress pad. Also observed small golden yellow stain on mattress, yellow staining on pillow cover, black mark on pillow cover, and brownish green debris on mattress pad. The brownish green debris was staining the sheets
