Observed a chemical bottle not properly labeled. Also observed the chemical bottle stored above syrup on a push cart. The chemical bottle as also stored next to an employee drink.

This requirement does not apply to equipment and utensil cleaners and sanitizers that are stored in warewashing areas for availability and convenience if the materials are stored to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles. Observed an open container of liquid eggs stored in the handsink. PIC removed and discarded the container of liquid eggs.

Observed the cook did not have a proper hair restraint. PIC will obtain proper hair restraints by 5/27/26.

Observed an employee must wash hands sign not provided at the handsink in the men's restroom and ladies restroom. PIC will obtain signs for all handsinks by 05/27/26

Observed a trash can with a lid not provided in the restroom behind the front desk. PIC will obtain a trash can with a lid for sanitary napkins by 5/27/2026.
