Observed employee's personal tumbler with no lid and ruminants of a beverage product stored on the prep table by pooled eggs being prepared to cook. Employees need a designated area to store personal beverages and food that's away from food prep and storage.

Observed cut lemons and strainer in the hand sink. Manager corrected on site and cleared the sink.

Observed several food items stored uncovered in the walk in freezer and reach in cooler. Manager corrected on site.

Observed dead ants in the cabinets of the bar area.

Observed cardboard boxes used as shelf liners in the walk in cooler.

Observed the inside of the top microwave with rust and paint peeling on the interior surface. Observed food debris on the shelves of the reach in cooler above exposed food. Observed food debris on the bottom of the reach in freezer in the back storage room.

Observed an opening in the ceiling above the back kitchen door. Observed wallpaper peeling off the wall in the unisex restroom. Observed the floor of the walk in freezer with debris.
