6-1B. Observed TCS food being hot held at temperature less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. This violation was assessed at the base of operation and corrected.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
4-2B. Observed a discolored mold-like substance on the interior surfaces of the ice machine.This violation was assessed at the base of operation.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
