Observed containers of celery stored underneath boxes of raw chicken.

Observed celery stored uncovered in the walk in cooler. Observed multiple sauces stored uncovered in the reach in cooler and on the floor of the main kitchen. Observed 3 trays crab wontons stored uncovered in the reach in freezer in the dry storage area.

Observed dirty utensils stored in a container with food debris by the prep top unit. Manager removed dirty utensils and container to be washed. Observed fryer backets with excessive food and grease build up.

Observed opened sauce containers stored directly on the floor of the main kitchen. Observed opened containers of celery stored on the floor of the walk in cooler.

Observed no hair restraints worn during food preparation.

Observed wiping cloths stored in murky and dirty water. Employees removed towels and cleaned the bucket to place fresh sanitizer water in it.

Observed walk in cooler shelves with rust and food debris accumulation. Observed adjacent to the fryers with grease and food build up. Observed exterior surface of rice cookers lips with food debris and in need of immediate cleaning . Observed reach in cooler near the front of the kitchen with rusted shelves and paint chipping off the shelves. Observed multiple exterior surfaces of cooler and freezer door frames with black accumulation and in need of immediate cleaning. Observed multiple food storage containers in need of cleaning on the exterior surfaces. Observed front hand sink with black build up on in the inside and around the faucets. Observed microwave above the prep top unit with excessive food debris on exterior and interior surfaces. Please clean the microwave immediately. Observed excessive build up of food around the wok stoves.

Observed toilet in need of deep cleaning.

Observed several cobb webs on the walls and ceilings of the bathroom. Observed food debris underneath all the dry storage shelves. Observed ceiling tiles with brown water stains in the dry storage area. Observed dust accumulation on the ceiling fan and vent in the dining area. Observed a hole in the ceiling tile by the front entrance of the establishment. Observed holes in the kitchen door that leads to the dry storage area. Walk in cooler floors need to be deeply cleaned.

Observed several employee beverages (mug of water, container of coffee with a straw, and coke can with straw) throughout the kitchen. Observed personal medication not properly stored in employee designated area.
