Observed open container of bleach and Bonid Multi-Purpose cleaner stored with onions and potatoes on to of the reach in freezer. Manager removed the chemicals to it's designated area for chemicals.

Observed base of operation permit not posted and expired. Please contact the health department at 470-661-0044 ext. 0 to pay for the permit and late fee.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed ice scoop handle stored in the ice in ice machine. PIC was advised that the handle should always be sticking out of the ice to prevent contamination of ice.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
Observed employee personal sprite can (opened) and water bottles stored with dry good and single use articles. Observed employee sleeping cot inside of the single-use articles and dry goods storage room. PIC was advised that employees are not allowed to lounge in areas where food and single use articles are stored. PIC removed the cot from the storage room.
