Manager was advised that restroom ceiling tiles should be a smooth and cleanable service like those in the kitchen. Since new ownership was approved with the acoustic ceiling tile in the restroom, manager was advised to replace ceiling tiles with vinyl gypsum tiles as they become damaged over time.
