Observed downstairs catering kitchen operating without a permit. An outside caterer was hired for a small event that used the catering kitchen to prep food items. Caterer brought his own hot box to the facility and was utilizing the employees only reach in cooler to store his beverages. The caterer did provide his information as Delroy Stewart with YM Hospitality
