Observed soda machine with mold and sticky residue on the interior surface of the nozzles. PIC was advised to properly wash (with dish soap and hot water), rinse, and sanitize (leave in sanitizer solution for 60 seconds) and let air dry.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean

Observed white mold like substance on the walk in cooler shelves.
17A - toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(h) - cleaning plumbing fixtures- handsinks, urinals & toilets (c)
Observed toilet bowl in need of cleaning.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Observed employee airpods and pepper spray stored on single use pizza boxes. PIC removed personal items.
