Observed yogurt (44 F) above 41 F inside of the reach-in cooler near the entrance of the kitchen. The ambient air temperature at 45 F. Noticed the ambient air temperature not recorded on temperature log sheet, located on the outside of the reach-in cooler. All cold hold Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods must be 41 F or below. Corrected on Site (COS): Yogurt discarded. The unit must be serviced/repaired. The ambient air temperature must be 41 F or below.

Observed the establishment utilizing the wrong test strips for the Smartpower Lactic Acid sanitizer. The establishment only has Quat test strips. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Purchase the correct test strips for the sanitizer.
