Observed no hand soap at the handwashing sink. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. Employee placed soap in the dispenser.

Observed no paper towels at the handwashing sink. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with Individual, disposable towels. Employee placed paper towels in the dispenser.

Observed the Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) certification posted to be an invalid certificate. Upon further review, it is registered to a different person. Food service establishments shall have in its employ a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) as specified in paragraph (b) of this subsection to ensure food safety is being managed within the food service establishment during all hours of operation as specified within paragraph (d) of this subsection. Have an employee certified in an approved CFSM course.
