Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(a) - handwashing cleanser, availability (pf)
Observed no hand soap at the back handsink. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. Add soap to the dispenser or another kind of soap whether it be a pump or a bar as soon as possbile.
12B - personal cleanliness
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(j) - hair restraints (c)
Observed employee scooping Italian ice and prepping and mixing more Italian ice without a hair restraint. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. Have employee obtain a hair restraint.

Observed an employee scooping Italian ice and prepping and mixing more Italian ice while wearing wrist jewelry on both wrists. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. Educated employee on proper jewelry policies. Remove bracelets.
