Observed the ice scoop handle lying on the ice inside of the ice machine. During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored in the ice bin with their handles above (away from) the top of the ice. Keep the ice scoop utensil in a clean, sanitized area where the handle is not lying on the ice which can cause contamination.
