Observed several clean food containers stacked while wet. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. Coach employees to allow food containers to air-dry before being stacked for storage.
17B - garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(5)(n) - covering receptacles (c)
Observed the side door of the outside dumpster open with trash being stored inside. Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be kept covered with tight fitting lids. Close the dumpster doors.
