Observed Fried egg (46F), Chorizo wrap (47F) being stored inside the prep top cooler above 41F. Observed cream cheese (45F) being stored above 41F inside the walk in cooler. Per the temperature log, the walk in cooler was 38F on 11/4/24 and 39F today at 1:00p.m. Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food (TCS), Hot and Cold Holding. Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control, time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F. All TCS items were removed from the walk in cooler and relocated to another facility. Per PIC, they are working with a reputable repair company that will come out to repair the walk in cooler today at 6:00pm.
