Observed debris under couch beds in rooms 309 and 327. Couch cushion has broken zipper in room 321. AC filter damaged in room 126. All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Betwen guest stays, routinely check conditions of furnishings. Clean or repair furnishings as necessary

Observed damaged A/C filters in rooms 222, 323, and 329. Also, observed an inoperable phone in room 301. 511-6-2-.14(5) - Condition of Furnishings All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Replace damaged A/C filters with brand new A/C filters. Also, replace inoperable phones with working phones in the rooms

Observed no annual gas fire equipment form on file. All gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority, if available. Have gas, fire and equipment inspected by a licensed contractor or local fire authority as soon as possible

Observed debris inside furniture cushions in rooms 319, 311, 305, and 119. Observed the inspection report posted from 5/14/24. 511-6-2-.05(7) - Inspection Posting. The most recent tourist accommodation inspection report form shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in a public area such as the registration desk, where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. Observed debris inside bathroom sinks in rooms 319, 313, and 311. 511-6-2-.08(4) - Toilet Facilities-Cleaning and Maintenance Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Clean inside bathroom sinks as often as necessary

Observed debris under the bed in 126, 129, and 316. 511-6-2-.14(1) - Floors, Walls, and Ceilings Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean. Clean under the bed as often as necessary

Observed an old inspection report posted for public viewing. 511-6-2-.05(7) - Inspection Posting Any tourist accommodation inspection report addendum(s), completed by the Health Authority to document observations, violations, and corrective actions resulting from an inspection need not be displayed, but must be made available by the tourist accommodation operator to the public upon request.
