Observed torn A/C filters in room 203. Also, observed debris inside the dresser drawer in room 227. 511-6-2-.14(5) - Condition of Furnishings All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Replace torn A/C filters with new A/C filters. Clean inside dresser drawers as often as necessary

Observed an easily moveable chain-link gate with a damaged gate behind with an opening. 511-6-2-.16(2) - Swimming Pool Barrier If a swimming pool or spa at a bed and breakfast inn cannot comply with applicable regulations, then it must be enclosed with a fence at least four feet in height with a locked gate and used only by family members. In such case, guests shall not be allowed to use swimming pool or spa. Have chain-link fence gate locked to ensure no one cant get access to the unpermitted pool
