Observed several clean food grade containers stacked wet on the storage racks above the three compartment sink. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils, items shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. Recommend pyramid stacking for adequate air drying before stacking.

Observed an employee's non-single use Stanley cup stored on the shelf next to items used for customers in the main kitchen. Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. COS: PIC removed the cup.

Observed an employee making sandwiches on the prep line while wearing bracelets. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. Tell employee to remove bracelets while handling and prepping food.
