Observed mold/debris build up in customer self-service drink nozzles and left bulk ice machine. Person-in Charge (PIC) stated a single bucket table sanitization method was used for customer tables. Corrective Action (CA): PIC instructed to clean soda nozzles and bulk ice machine at a frequency that prevents mold/debris build-up. PIC instructed to use two buckets of sanitizer and towel or spray bottle and paper towels to sanitize tables. REPEAT.
