Observed 2 trays of grilled chicken and onions/peppers in reach in cooler without proper date marking labels. COS (items removed).

Observed plates, bowls and other food containers or tableware stored on wire rack shelving exposed, upright and uncovered. Cover items, or invert, to protect food contact surfaces. COS.
